Georgia on My Mind is one of the most important songs of the last century. It is also in the ranking of Rolling Stones magazine, which puts it at number 44 among the best songs of all time. The song was originally dedicated by its author to Georgia Carmichael, but then became the official song of the state of Georgia in the USA. The most famous version is certainly that of Ray Charles, but it’s a song that has become a standard proposed by many jazz musicians. The versions that I propose are played with the classical guitar, try it you too, please.
